MALLORY ANHOUSE

Mallory Anhouse brings over 25 years of experience along with a strongly empathetic and humanistic approach to her work in the talent and HR services arena. While her expertise is supported by thorough knowledge in all HR disciplines, she is best known for her talent acquisition and retention strategies. 

 

Having spent most of her career in the Advertising/Marketing/Media space where talent is the commodity, Mallory is a strong employee advocate who keeps her focus on organizational goals.   She is a proven leader within multi-cultural, matrixed and multi-facility environments.   • Created and managed Grey Global Group’s Diversity program

    • Included leadership initiative, minority recruitment and community outreach

    • Reduced turnover from 155% to less than 10% at Grey Interactive

    • Member of P&G’s agency diversity team, 4 A’s Diversity Group, Advisory Council for Advertising Industry Job Fair and Career Forums held throughout the US
       

  • Managed rollout of SharePoint.and development of new systems at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia
     

  • Saved over $800,000 as a consultant to JWT as the digital TA practice went from all fee sources to non-fee sources in nine-month period
     

  • Developed Executive Search practice for IPG Mediabrands with focus on hiring best in breed senior leadership. Included coaching and training leaders in behavioral skill interviewing. Built online tool for feedback purposes which provides an overall scoring system on each prospect.

    • 1st year results – Hired 8 people with close to $1m in savings and more than 50% women.

    • 2nd year results – Hired 24 people with over $3m in savings. Approximately 40% women.

    • Led Global Onboarding revamp
